Who is Desi.

Desi is a life coach with formal training as a Licensed Marriage and Family therapist for over 18 years.

She teaches the best of several techniques ranging from breathing, mindfulness, visualization and tapping.

How long is the training?

The training is only 30 minutes. There are 4 short videos demonstrating and walking you through the technique step by step.  Once you have learned the skill, you can use it any place or at anytime and get immediate relief.

How does this price make sense?

Practice Practice Practice as if you are building muscle. Watching this video one time will be helpful; however, when you take your time to master each step, you will find how quickly you can recall the skills and utilize them as needed in your daily life.

Everyone has a different learning style and therefore, this training is split into 4 sections as any part can be effective in relieving stress individually. Desi is well versed in relaxation techniques and walks you through step by step to ensure you get the knowledge you need to master the skills.

There isn’t anything like this on the market as Desi teaches what has worked best for her clients over the years.
